How to wake up your filet'o'fish

Sometimes you just need something with a little more ooumpf (not sure that is the Oxford spelling of that word but you get what I mean) for your filet of white fish. In an earlier post in "What we're drinking now" Andrew and I mentioned this rub. Thought I would give you the full recipe here.

Combine in a magic bullet the following ingredients, which you can vary in amounts depending on your personal tastes:

- one diced fresh roma tomato
- about 2 tbs of sun dried tomatoes
- about 1 tsp of capers
- about 2-3 tbs of sliced black olives
- about 1 heaping tsp of your favorite oil packed chilies


This made enough that we used it on 4 filets.
